Frequently Asked Questions

1. ACCESS TO THE NEW UPTEVIA INVESTORS WEBSITE

   1. Can I continue to use my current login and password?
  • If you are a Planetshares user, you will use your current login, access code and password for the last time. While creating your account, you will get a new username to keep safe (ideally out of your mailbox for security reasons) and you will set a new password.
  • If you use OLIS Actionnaire, you will enter your OLIS Actionnaire username and password. Your username will remain unchanged and you will be asked to change your password.

   2. Will I still be able to access Planetshares or OLIS Actionnaire after the new website has been rolled out?

No, access to your old investor website will be deactivated as soon as your account is migrated to Uptevia Investors. The new website will be operational on the date indicated in the email received about Uptevia Investors.

   3. I am a shareholder in several companies and I haven’t received the same information for all my Uptevia accounts. Is this normal?

Shortly, you will be able to sign electronically, we can already announce that the account aggregator will soon be available on Uptevia Investors. You will have the possibility to link all your accounts into a single interface.
