Uptevia’s role in the Planisware IPO

Planisware, a leading provider of project management software for businesses, completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Thursday 18 April 2024.

Uptevia is proud to have supported the company’s arrival on the Euronext Paris market (Compartment A), with a market capitalisation of over €1.1 billion. This is the largest IPO since that of OVH in 2021.

This major IPO provides an opportunity to highlight Uptevia’s IPO services.

Uptevia acted as centralising agent for the transaction, in liaison with the company’s advisors and the banking syndicate.

Uptevia handled the operational management of the offer’s securities and cash flows, including the implementation of the IPO Intermediation module, which acted as intermediary between the selling managers and the bank syndicate to facilitate the settlement-delivery operations, which took place on Monday 22 April 2024.

Following the IPO, Uptevia will be responsible for keeping the register, providing securities and financial services and organising Planisware’s general meetings.

Uptevia would like to thank Planisware for its confidence and its employees for their involvement.

This IPO is the first step towards the objective set by the French government, with the support of BPI France and Caisse des Dépôts, of listing 10 unicorns on the stock market by 2025.
