Once again this year, Uptevia’s teams are ready to attend their customers’ general meetings. Nearly 640 have already been identified up to the end of June.
To facilitate remote voting via the VOTACCESS platform, we have developed the VoteAG gateway for pure and administered registered shareholders. There are specially designed paths for both populations:
- Do you hold direct registered shares? Log on to your secure Uptevia Investors area using your usual means of connection. Go to the “General Meetings” section of the site and click on “Vote online” (when voting is open).
- Are you an intermediary registered shareholder? You will receive the link to VoteAG (https://www.voteag.com) by email or post, along with instructions on how to connect to it and cast your vote. Be sure to check the VoteAG URL to make sure you reach the right site.
The security of your data is everyone’s business.
Despite the availability of secure platforms, phishing attempts (a fraudulent technique that encourages the disclosure of personal data) can occur. Remain vigilant!
