3. Intellectual property

The entire contents of the Website are covered by French legislation regarding copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property in general.

Consequently, Uptevia is the owner or rights holders of all components comprising the website including data, text, charts, drawings, images, illustrations, graphics, photographs and audio recordings.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution or redistribution, either in whole or in part, of the Website’s content  by any means whatsoever without the express, prior permission of Uptevia is prohibited and constitutes an subject to penalties under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
