The attractiveness decree is part of the “Attractiveness 2” reform initiative launched by the public authorities to modernise the governance of listed companies and enhance the attractiveness of the French market.<\/p>\n

The aim is to simplify and digitise the procedures for convening and participating in general meetings of shareholders, while promoting social and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n

Please note: This information is based on the latest version of the draft decree. As discussions on the subject are still ongoing, the information provided in this document is subject to change.
